What is Phurti?

Phurti is an online multiplayer card game for 2–4 players, built on the traditional Georgian card game “11” — known in western Georgia as ფურთი (phurti, also spelled purti or furti). It is a quick, mathematical card-capturing game — the family of Casino and Scopa — played with a standard 52-card deck: you take cards off the table by making sums of exactly eleven.

Play live matches with friends at private tables or meet opponents from around the world, chat with emotes, climb country leaderboards and collect achievements — all in a hand-drawn chalkboard style.

How to play

The deal

Each player gets 4 cards, and 4 more are placed face up on the table. Once everyone has played their cards, another 4 are dealt to each player — nothing more goes onto the table. This repeats until the whole 52-card deck has been played. No jokers.

Your turn

On your turn you play exactly one card. If it completes a sum of 11 with any cards on the table, you capture them all. An ace counts as 1. For example: a 3 and a 4 are on the table — play another 4 and take all three cards (3 + 4 + 4 = 11). If your card makes no eleven, it stays on the table for the next player.

Face cards

Kings capture only kings, queens capture only queens. The jack is the wild card of the game: it sweeps up all the number cards on the table at once — only kings and queens stay.

Scoring

Five points are decided in every round:

The first player to reach 11 points wins the match (the classic tabletop version is played to 21). New to the game? The interactive tutorial teaches you everything in a couple of minutes, and you can practice against an AI opponent before playing live.

Levels, leaderboards and collection

Every match earns you experience and chips. Level up, unlock avatar frames and emote packs, and complete 40 achievements — from your first eleven to legendary streaks.

Competitive players climb the leaderboards: your country’s board and the world board. The monthly board resets on the 1st, so every player gets a fresh shot at the top, while the all-time board keeps your lifetime record.

FAQ

Is Phurti free?

Yes. The game is free to play with optional ads (watch to earn bonus chips) and optional in-app purchases. Chips are virtual game currency only — they have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out.

Can I play with friends?

Yes — create a private table and share the invite link; friends join in one tap. You can also add friends, chat and send game invites inside the app.

Which platforms are supported?

Android is available on Google Play. The iOS version is coming to the App Store soon.

Is Phurti the same game as “11”?

Yes. “11” is the traditional name of the card game itself; Phurti (ფურთი) is its Georgian folk name — and the name of this app.
