Account and Data Deletion

The fastest way is in the game itself: Settings → Delete account. Deletion uses a 7-day grace period: signing back in within 7 days cancels it; after 7 days the account and its data are permanently erased.

How to request deletion by email

1. Write to support@phurti.app with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Include your in-game name (shown in your profile). If you signed in with Google, write from the same Google account — this lets us verify the request without extra questions.
3. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

• Your account (device identifier, Google account link if any, in-game name, avatar).
• Game data: statistics, virtual chip balance, match history, friends, achievements, referral data, push token.

What may be kept temporarily

• Short-lived technical server logs (deleted on their normal schedule).
• Records we must keep for fraud prevention or legal reasons, for the minimal necessary period.
